School Nurse News!
Nurse Kristen’s number one goal is student safety & to help meet that goal she has been working on getting every Plymouth Shiloh Staff member CPR certified with the help of Richland Public Health. Last week 18 employees RENEWED their CPR certification!
Way to go!

Winter Sports Awards Night:
Reminder to all HS winter sports athletes and parents that winter sports awards night is scheduled for this Wednesday March 18th at 6:30pm. All winter athletes are expected to be in attendance in order to receive end of season awards and recognition. Athletes are asked to dress nicely and appropriately for an awards program. We look forward to celebrating our winter athletes and teams on Wednesday.

Attention spring volleyball parents!
On Wednesday we have spring sports pictures and then have Winter sports awards. This effects the MS athletes and HS coaches. Due to this all practices will be moved to Tuesday.
Tuesday, March 17th.
GRADES 3-5- practice will be 3-4:15
GRADES 6-8- practice will be 4:30-5:45.
No practices on Wednesday.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes and completely understand if you can't make it or are late to practice.

Tuesday, March 17 is ACCUPLACER test day here at PHS.
Students who have signed up and applied to North Central State College's CCP program are eligible. The test session will begin around 8:00 A.M. You will be called down to the library when the testing site is ready. Bring your charged Chromebook with you to the testing.
After you are done testing, you may check your results with Mr. Ramey, the CCP advisor for Plymouth High School.

Congratulations Morgan Follett on being nominated for the 2026 Franklin B. Walter Scholarship Program. Morgan's Positive Impact Person was her father, Jay Follett.
We are so proud of Morgan and all of her accomplishments!
Area Scholars Honored at 2026 Franklin B. Walter Scholarship Program
Mansfield, OH (March 11, 2026) – Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center recognized 15 senior students from client and partner school districts for their academic success, school and community service at the annual Franklin B. Walter Scholarship Award Program on March 10.
Three students were awarded $1,000 scholarships each based on their school grades, test scores, activities and an essay detailing the positive impact of one educator in their lives. All students read their tributes aloud and introduced their “Positive Impact Person” to the audience of over 100 people, including family members and school administrators.
Winners of the $1,000 scholarships made possible by the Mid-Ohio ESC Board of Governors were awarded to: Jesse Halfhill, Pioneer Career & Technology Center; Courtney Cyrus, Madison High School; and Jillian Weaver, Crestview High School.
Others honored as Franklin B. Walter Scholarship Award nominees included Camden Arnold, GOAL Digital Academy; Jacob Bickert, Galion; Kaiden Dettmer, Clear Fork; Alexis Farnwalt, Bucyrus; Morgan Follett, Plymouth-Shiloh; Mary Green, Highland; Ava Grunkemeyer, Crestline; Kyran Hile, Northmor; Cassady Irwin, Mt. Gilead; Reuel Lewis, Lucas; Sophia Martin, Buckeye Central; and Iris Prifti, Lexington.
MOESC Superintendent Kevin D. Kimmel said, “These 15 students truly represent the best of the best in the region, and I want to congratulate them on their many accomplishments. I also want to thank the individuals that the students selected as their Positive Impact Person. This is quite an honor to know that you have made a difference in these students' lives.”

Attached to this post are up to date spring sports game and event schedules. As always with spring sports in Ohio these are still very much subject to change as the season approaches and we continue to deal with uncertain weather. All schedules are fairly well set for the season with the exception of JV baseball which is still a work in progress. We will post that and further schedule updates as the season approaches.
