Big Red Family! Final Forms for our District has been updated for the 2025-2026 school year. Please go into your student(s) Final Forms and confirm that the information that you submitted last year is still accurate and up-to-date. Once you have confirmed that the information is correct or made changes, please sign the “Parent/Guardian Signature” at the bottom of each form. If you are filling out Final Forms for the first time, please see the instructions posted on our website (plymouthshilohsd.org) under Parent Resources/Final Forms Information. Final Forms for Fall Athletes should be completed by the mandatory fall sports meeting in July. Please check ALL sports that your student may be interested to participate in for the school year. Final Forms for everyone else will need to be completed by August 15 in order for you to receive your schedule/chrome book at Open House on August 18. Thank you!

Big Red Family! Second Lady Usha Vance has opened the 2025 Summer Reading Challenge, encouraging all K-8 students to take part in reading adventures this summer. Joining the challenge is easy – students just need to read 12 books of their choice between June 1 and Sept. 5, tracking their progress on the provided reading and reflection log. Books can be read independently or with an adult. All participants who successfully complete the challenge will receive a personalized certificate and a small prize. Those who finish the challenge will also be entered into a drawing for the chance to visit the nation’s capital with a chaperone. Athletic News! Summer Golf Schedule Alert: This week's summer golf practices and youth clinic have been cancelled. The youth clinic has been rescheduled for Wednesday July 2nd. Remaining youth clinic days are June 18, June 25, and July 2.

Athletic News! Fall Sports Schedules and Information: With the school year and spring sports season officially behind us it is time to look ahead to next year and the fall sports season! Our coaches and athletes are already busy with summer workouts preparing for next year and the fall season. Attached to this post are fall sport game and event schedules as they currently stand. We will post further updates as we get closer to the season. Below are some additional important dates for the fall sports season. Monday July 28th - Fall Sports Mandatory Parent/Team Meetings 6pm - Mandatory Practice for Golf begins Thursday August 1st - Volleyball, Football, and Cross Country Mandatory Practices begin Monday August 11th - Fall Sports Picture Day Go Big Red!!
